JAQ-Seas 5
APPLICATION RANGE
JAQ5 combines the characteristics of low friction, high pressure-resistant and high velocity of seal ring, and rubber elastomer’s excellent sealing effect. Thus it is suitable for working under high speed, high pressure and where the pressure should be kept.
Can work as a doule acting piston accumulator, controlling and guiding the cylinder sealing elements. Applied to machine tools, press machines,rolling mills, shoe-making machinery, accumulators and hanging cylinders. It is recommended to be applied to some heavy-loaded and large diameter occasions.

SUMMARY
A further development of the standard JAQ-Seal, double acting seal for sealing between two medium, e.g. fluid / gas separation by incorporating a limited footprint Q-Ring seal elastomer in the dynamic sealing face. Energized by two O-Rings to improve sealing effect. It combines the seal ring’s low friction performance and rubber elastomer’s excellent sealing performance, which largely reduces friction and minimizes leakage.
